Werder Bremen striker Hugo Almeida has welcomed interest from Real Madrid.
The Portugal international is being linked with Real ahead of the January market.
"I would run or swim to Real Madrid, it is a dream for any player," said Almeida.
"A dream would come true at 26, when I still have a lot of career ahead of me."
