A move to Germany could be on for Tottenham midfielder Niko Kranjcar.
The Croatia international is available from Spurs for £3 million after holding talks with manager Harry Redknapp last week.
Kranjcar has been linked with Liverpool and West Ham United this month.
However, it's emerged Werder Bremen are preparing to make an offer for the midfielder in the coming days.
