Werder Bremen are closing in on Arsenal's Serge Gnabry.

Sky Sports suggests that the German winger is the subject of talks regarding a permanent transfer.

A number of Bundesliga clubs are keen on the 21-year-old but it appears as though Bremen are the front-runners for his signature.

It was understood that Arsene Wenger wanted a loan for Gnabry but the recent report indicates he could be off to Bremen permanently.
