German Bundesliga club Werder Bremen are keen on having Chelsea striker Claudio Pizarro return to the club.
The 30-year old Peruvian international has already enjoyed two spells with Bremen, the most recent being a loan spell last season, and general manager Klaus Allofs is keen to have him back at the club along with Bayern Munich's Tim Borowski.
"I am looking to speed up these affairs," he told BILD.
"In the case of Tim, I have spoken to Karl-Heinz Rummenigge (Bayern chief executive) and we have exchanged viewpoints regarding valuations and terms.
"Tim wants to rejoin us and we want him back. But the package has to be right for all parties and Tim will need to accept a wage cut.
"It is the same with Claudio. He will also have to accept lower wages if he wants to come back, be that on a loan deal or a permanent transfer."
