Werder Bremen sports chief Thomas Eichin admits they're determined to keep hold of Kevin de Bruyne.
The Belgium winger is on-loan at Werder from Chelsea.
"We must do everything we can to keep Kevin de Bruyne. He has a lot to offer Werder," declared De Bruyne.
"We must persuade him that Werder is the best place for his development. By staying here, he can mature into a great player."
