Werder Bremen chief Thomas Eichin has ruled out signing permanently on-loan Chelsea winger Kevin de Bruyne.

De Bruyne has been outstanding for Werder this season.

"For the sums that are called for him, we cannot buy him at the moment," confessed Eichin.

"I have a lot of contact with Kevin's agent. Chelsea know Werder is the best place for him. He regularly plays with us."
