Werder Bremen sporting director Thomas Eichin will seek a quick answer from Chelsea about a new loan deal for Kevin de Bruyne.
De Bruyne is being linked with a return to Werder after failing to break into Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho's plans.
"When Chelsea decides to loan him, I'll find out quickly," confirmed Eichin.
"I'm not going to exclude anything."
