Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger says winning a trophy this season is "vital".
The Gunners face Everton for a place in the FA Cup semi-final, the competition that may well represent the best chance of winning their first piece of silverware since 2005.
"How important is it to win a trophy this season? It's vital. That's how important it is," said the Frenchman. "We want to win and we are in a position where we can do it. We want to do it, of course.
"The game against Everton is vital because we had such a disappointing result at Stoke last weekend and a non-convincing performance. What we produced was not good enough, we need a great response."
