Arsene Wenger is set to sign a new contract with Arsenal according to reports.
The Mirror suggests that the 64-year old French tactician will put pen to a three-year deal worth £8million-a-year which was agreed prior to winning the FA Cup on the weekend.
Wenger, who has been at Arsenal since 1996, is expected to sign on until the summer of 2017 with the formalities to take place before he jets off for Brazil to be a World Cup pundit for French TV.
"Yes, because I will go to Brazil on June 10. It will be done before then," he said.
Wenger will also be given a transfer war chest this summer to strengthen the Gunners squad which finished fourth on the Premier League table in the recently completed season.
