Arsene Wenger was left sort of scratching his head after Arsenal fired home six goals in the Champions League on Wednesday night.
The Gunners took their overall season tally to 32 goals in 12 matches in all competitions this season by hammering Ludogorets Razgrad 6-0 at the Emirates Stadium, but according to Wenger, there is no stand out reason for their scoring spree of late.
"Maybe the confidence is high. Maybe we have a good balance in the team at the moment. Maybe we make more of our chances," he said.
"Is that because the final ball is better? Is that because our finishing is better?
"It's difficult to analyse at the moment but what is sure is that we score more goals. That's what our game is about.
"We have a risky game so it's important we take our chances."
Mesut Ozil scored a second-half hat-trick while Alexis Sanchez, Theo Walcott and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain were also on target as the Gunners ran riot in North London.
