Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger lambasted his players after their defeat to Blackburn Rovers.
The Emirates boss hopes to avoid Carling Cup humiliation at home to Shrewsbury tonight with his side having leaked 13 goals in four matches.
Asked to explain Arsenal's nightmare defensive record, Wenger said: "A lack of concentration, a lack of communication, a lack of co-ordination and individual urgency."
Own goals from Alex Song and Laurent Koscielny played a big part in Saturday's 4-3 disaster at Blackburn.
Wenger added: "When you score an own goal, you have to look at yourself. It is never completely out of your reach where you have no chance at all."
