Real Madrid assistant coach Paul Clement is being lined up by Arsene Wenger as his eventual successor at Arsenal.
Clement, who followed Carlo Ancelotti from Chelsea to PSG, is now working with the Italian at Real.
The Londoner has made it no secret he has ambitions of management and The Sun says he is a favourite of Wenger's.
Steve Bould, Wenger's current No2, is also under consideration, but the Frenchman, for now, sees Clement as the ideal candidate to succeed him once he retires.
The Gunners manager penned a new, three-year deal with Arsenal at the end of last season.
