Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has taken some positives out of the Champions League semi-final first leg loss to Manchester United.
The Gunners failed to create many goal scoring opportunities in the 1-0 loss but Wenger is pleased that they are just one goal down and also praised the work of goalkeeper Manuel Almunia.
"It was a difficult game, played at a high pace," said the Frenchman.
"Manchester United started stronger than us but the positive is that we only lost 1-0.
"Manuel Almunia was excellent," he added.
"It was a top-class performance from him. His reading of the game was fantastic and his sharpness was superb."
Wenger added that there will be a different Arsenal team on the pitch in front of home fans in the return leg on Tuesday.
"There is a final at stake and I am confident you will see a different Arsenal team next week," he said.
"Things like that happen in football. At home I believe we can do it."
