Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger insists his players are really hurting after some recent negative results.
The Gunners, who sit eighth on the Premier League table, were knocked out of the Capital One Cup in the quarter-finals by League Two Bradford City during the week and Wenger insists the playing group are in pain ahead of Monday's league clash with Reading.
"I've had groups who had fantastic results [but] were less serious than these players, believe me," the Gunners boss told reporters.
"Of course these players are hurting. You think they don't care and they go home and think they had a fantastic game? They do care."
