Arsenal are chasing Borussia Dortmund midfielder Mario Gotze.
The Sunday Mirror says Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is monitoring the progress about German midfield player Gotze as a potential replacement for contract rebel Samir Nasri .
He would cost in excess of £25m, but Wenger would be able to use the £40m he has in his transfer kitty as well as the fee for Nasri.
There will also be cash available that he will generate from the sales within the current squad.
