There are question marks over a raft of senior Arsenal players going into the summer market.
The Telegraph says manager Arsene Wenger will have a player budget of around £40 million this summer and will be allowed to spend it how he chooses.
Any money raised from sales will be added to the warchest.
The futures of Cesc Fabregas, Gaël Clichy, Denilson, Tomas Rosicky and Nicklas Bendtner are expected to come under particular scrutiny, but a major departure from Wenger's overall philosophy can be discounted.
