Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has laughed off questions about re-signing Robert Pires.

The former Arsenal winger has been at the club's London Colney base recently, sparking premature talk of a return.

"Pires is training with us and he can help the younger players - he won't be signing as he is a 1973 birthday," the manager smirked.
