Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is ready to go global for two major signings this summer.
The Telegraph says Wenger already has his scouts planning for the next transfer window, with the holding midfield and striker positions still regarded as the main priority.
The willingness to spend £8.3 million last week on Nacho Monreal, a Spain international left-back, did indicate that Wenger now only wants to supplement the existing core with players of established quality.
