Petr Cech was full of praise for Arsene Wenger in the wake of Arsenal's 0-0 draw with Middlesbrough on Saturday.
The veteran goalkeeper spoke of the French tactician who has had an enormously positive effect on the North London club over his 20 years at the helm.
Speaking to the press, Cech was glowing in his appraisal of Wenger who he feels has had a similar influence on Arsenal as Sir Alex Ferguson did at Manchester United.
"He has changed the club and had a huge impact on the history of this club and he keeps doing so," Cech said.
"It's unlike anywhere else, you can see it was Sir Alex Ferguson [at Manchester United] and him with the continuity.
"They have had such a long time with the quality of the work at one of the top clubs in the world, so it takes credit itself because you don't see many managers who have done so."
