Wenger expects Koscielny to be back for Arsenal's clash with Tottenham

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger expects injured defender Laurent Koscielny to be available next weekend.

The French centre-half had to be subbed off during the first half of the Gunners' 4-0 Champions League loss to AC Milan on Wednesday and will miss tomorrow's FA Cup fifth round tie with Sunderland.

However, Wenger believes Koscielny will be fit to take on North London rivals Tottenham at the Emirates Stadium on February 26.

"He had a scan yesterday and the news is quite good," Wenger told the club's official website. "He will be out for hopefully around a week.

"He will miss the Sunderland game. But he should be back for next week."
