Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger believes a 1-1 draw was a 'fair result' for Sunday's North London Derby clash with Tottenham.
The Gunners were force to come from behind to secure a share of the spoils and keep pace with Premier League leaders Manchester City.
"It was a very intense game. I must give credit to my players for their refusal to lose the game because they played against a good Tottenham side, but we still managed to get a point," Wenger said.
"We were a bit unlucky because Cazorla was not himself in the first half, so I changed him at half-time. He was dizzy and not at the races, so we suffered in the middle of the park.
"Maybe [for the goal] we had not the right timing to play offside, but after that in the second half it was a great mental response and we showed we were determined not to lose.
"I believe 1-1 is a fair result. We had great chances to score. Both sides had chances. Giroud could have kicked it at the end."
