Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has denied reports the Gunners have approached Manchester United with a view to signing want-away striker Wayne Rooney. "At the moment we have no interest in anybody. We have only one interest, which is of course Sunday's game," he said.
"I don't know if Man United will sell Rooney and that is the best sign to show you we have not made any approach for him because the first move is to contact Manchester United, which we did not do. At the moment we are focused on Sunday."
