Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is confident his free-flowing style will survive after he leaves his job.
"The way we see the game here will survive me and my staff - and that's very good to know," said Wenger. "Inside the club we now have a real culture to play the game our way - and that goes right through the ranks, which is great. What we've done and the changes we've made make us very proud.
"I believe the positives it gives the crowd and the fact they have become used to this style now demands we play the game like this - and means it will be very difficult for someone to come in and change it.
"I think the crowd would turn against anything else because they have become educated to this style over years and years.
"Of course, you never know that a totally different manager might not try to do so - but it would still be very hard for a new man to change the system completely."
