Wenger confident of Arsenal loyalty of latest young players

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is confident his current squad is committed to the club.

Wenger believes that the current crop of young players coming through the ranks will be more committed to Arsenal than the foreign ones he lost like Cesc Fabregas, Gael Clichy, Kolo Toure, Thierry Henry and Samir Nasri.

"Arsenal brought all those players into the Premier League. But I have always had this aim to make the Arsenal team 60 per cent British and we are getting there with young players like Jack Wilshere, Kieran Gibbs, Aaron Ramsey and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain. It will be easier, for instance, to keep Wilshere at Arsenal than when Fabregas gets the chance to go to Barcelona."
