Wenger admits Arsenal rotation policy

Arsene Wenger has confirmed that he is contemplating introducing a temporary policy rotation at Arsenal squad as the Gunners prepare for a demanding spell of 13 games in six weeks.

Both Cesc Fabregas and Alex Hleb where rested for the Champions League tie in Prague with Wenger indicating that there could be a few regular adjustments to the Arsenal line-up over the coming weeks.

"I certainly think we have a big enough squad to give the players a rest when it is needed. I like to keep stability in the team but when it is needed to take one or two players out," the Frenchman told reporters.

"Cesc has nearly played every single minute since the start of the season," said Wenger. "If you get him injured, it's three or four games out. If you can give him a breather at some stage it is not too bad."
