Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger says he never had a problem with Manchester City striker Emmanuel Adebayor, now with Real Madrid on-loan.
Adebayor was out-spoken after being left out of City's plans but the man who brought him to north London has played down any talk of a bad attitude.
"He is a nice guy," Wenger told arsenal.com. "When a player doesn't do well somewhere, his character is questioned straight away.
"Overall, he is not a difficult guy. We had no problem with Adebayor on a daily basis.
"He was likable, he did his job well."
