Wellington Phoenix ready to deal in ex-Man Utd keeper Bosnich

Wellington Phoenix are ready to deal in former Manchester United and Chelsea goalkeeper Mark Bosnich. Phoenix chief Tony Pignata says they don't want to splash out for a 'keeper but Bosnich should be affordable.

The Phoenix have re-signed Mark Paston, but have another goalkeeping spot vacant following Glen Moss' decision to sign with the Melbourne Victory for next season.

Bosnich put himself in the shop window for the Phoenix after a superb performance - on and off the pitch - with the Oceania Allstars for last month's glamour friendly with the LA Galaxy.
