Austrian striker Andreas Weimann has won big praise from senior teammate Andy Marshall.
Weimann was on the mark in their win over West Ham United.
"Andy is a phenomenal player," Marshall told AVTV.
"He is strong, he is fast and puts a shift in as well. He is not frightened to put his head where it hurts either. His goal was something special. When he runs at centre-halves they do panic because he has the pace to trouble them.
"The keeper made a fantastic save off the first one I thought but Andy did well to react quickly and put the ball in the back of the net.
"It was very difficult conditions. The pitch wasn't very good - it was very waterlogged, the wind was getting up and it wasn't very pleasant. But the lads put a good shift in and got a well deserved win."
