Andi Weimann has hailed the talent being produced by the Aston Villa academy.
The Austrian is the latest tipped for big things at Villa.
"There is a good, tight bond in this team because we have lots of young players mixed in with the experienced players.
"We're all very comfortable with one another and many of us have come up through the academy together - Ciaran Clark, Nathan Baker, Chris Herd, Eric Lichaj all started against Norwich and Marc Albrighton, Barry Bannan and myself were on the bench and we've all grown up together.
"Gabby Agbonlahor and Derrick Williams have also come through the Academy and they were on the bench as well, so the way we want to do things as a club and the way the gaffer wants to build his team is very clear."
