Aston Villa striker Andi Weimann is delighted for Fabian Delph over his England call.

Delph has been called into the England squad for the first time in his career.

Weimann, 23, the only Villa player to have scored this term, said: "Fabian was ­probably our best player last year..

And getting into the England set-up will only help him to kick on with his career."
