Weimann reckons the young winger deserves more first-team chances during the remaining five games of the season.
"I thought he did great against Manchester United when he came on," said Weimann.
"He managed to get 15 minutes, which is a bit longer than he got at Liverpool. It was a great experience for him. Samir is really good on the ball and you can see by the way that he plays he has no fear.
"I'm sure he will get more chances and he has a really good future."
