Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger admits his side were delicate down back but was pleased with the way they worked forward in today's 5-3 victory over Chelsea.
Defensive errors from the Gunners back four lead to Chelsea's opening two goals but the Gunners were able to overcome that with a fine attacking display in the second half with captain Robin van Persie getting in on the act with a hat-trick.
Wenger was delighted with his side's offensive display and mental strength in the morale-boosting win but indicates he will work with his defence to improve things in that third of the pitch.
"It was fantastic to watch, both teams went for it," Wenger told Sky Sports 2. "In the second half I felt we were completely dominating the game and created chance after chance.
"Overall we have shown quality and mental strength as well. To go 2-1 down and come out the way we did shows great resolve in the team.
"I thought we looked fragile in defence in the first half but we looked dangerous going forward.
"We achieved the target of winning a big game away from home and did it with style, but we have to keep our feet on the ground and focus on another big game on Tuesday (Champions League versus Marseille).
"That's the football we want to play, you always think you can get rid of the defensive mistakes we had in the first half."
