Wolves manager Mick McCarthy hopes his players are not overawed when they step out onto Old Trafford this weekend.
McCarthy's men meet Sir Alex Ferguson's Manchester United on Saturday and the Wolves boss hopes they can take this week's brilliant training form into that fixture and inflict a third defeat in four games on the reigning English champions.
"That can happen from time to time - sometimes you have a great week's training and then go out there and think 'what's happened?' Other times you can be sat in the dressing room on a Saturday and think you've not had a great week and then play like world beaters.
"It was a bit like us two weeks ago when everyone was suggesting it was a good time to play Chelsea. Then you see the team in front of you and they're good players and if you give them chances, they'll bury you. It was the same for Villa going up against Man United.""Doing it on the training ground is one thing - doing it on the pitch against United is another," he told Express & Star.
