Croatia national team manager Slaven Bilic says that all the opposing managers in Group C of Euro2012 are well aware of Republic of Ireland's James McClean.

The Sunderland winger has come along in leaps and bounds in the past six or so months but will not be able to sneak under the radar against Croatia, Italy and Spain according to Bilic who feels Giovanni Trapattoni's side can cause some problems.

"It wouldn't be a surprise for me if he plays because I watch the Premier League every week and he's shining for Sunderland. I definitely know McClean, so does (Cesare) Prandelli and so does (Vicente) Del Bosque," Bilic told Sky Sports.

"He gives you an option in a position where Ireland are already very good. Already there you've got Damian Duff - a great player - and Aiden McGeady who is also a great individual who can do something unpredictable."
