Watford have landed a surprise windfall from Manchester United's sale of Chris Eagles to Burnley.
The Hornets received more than £200,000 out of the £1.2million transfer as Eagles was a schoolboy player at Vicarage Road, earning the club money as part of a sell-on clause.
