Hull City boss Marco Silva admits he's already made a decision about his future.
He is out of contract at the end of the season and is wanted by Watford and Southampton.
Silva said: "I have in my mind (a decision) but the first person who will listen to this situation is the chairman and our board.
"We need to talk about many, many things - it's not only if I want (to stay) or not.
"We need to look for the future of the club. We need to look as well what is my goal for my career. We started to talk during this week and we'll meet again next week.
"It's important we keep some things inside the club, and not say them outside. Of course when we decide we'll explain more about the situation."
