Watford's Vydra, Blackpool's Ince clinch Championship gongs

On-loan Watford striker Matej Vydra has been named the Championship Player of the Year.

The 20-year old Czech Republic striker, who is on a season-long loan from Udinese, has netted 20 goals for the Hornets so far this campaign which prompted him to be voted as the top player in England's second division for season 2012/13.

Vydra beat Crystal Palace striker Glenn Murray (29 goals) and Blackpool youngster Tom Ince to the award.

However, Ince took out the Young Player of the Year award ahead of Vydra and Manchester United's Crystal Palace loanee Wilfried Zaha.
