Watford are preparing a bid for Genoa striker Giovanni Simeone.

The talented Argentine is expected to be on the move this summer and is being linked with Fiorentina.

The Viola are in contact with Genoa about a price for Simeone, but Sky Italia says the Hornets are also in talks for the striker.

Simeone is the son of Atletico Madrid coach Diego Simeone.
