Watford midfielder Will Hughes insists doubts over the future of manager Marco Silva isn't influencing the players.
Watford enjoyed an impressive win over West Ham on Sunday amid intense interest from Everton in Silva.
But Hughes says: "It wasn't necessarily [all about] the manager for us.
"It doesn't change for us, we've been training all week and we deserved the three points. It wasn't as easy as it should have been, we should have killed the game earlier."
Meanwhile, Hornets teammate Abdoulaye Doucoure concedes he has ambitions beyond Vicarage Road.
“I am always happy to play and show what I can do. After, of course, maybe at the end of the season you never know," Doucoure said.
“Every player wants to grow but for me the first thing is I am at Watford and I give everything for the club. After I will speak with the owner. I am happy here but we will see."
Doucoure admits he is enjoying his midfield partnership with Tom Cleverley.
“I am enjoying playing alongside Tom because he is a very good player, is very clever and is a very good guy outside of the pitch as well," he said.
