Watford midfielder Abdoulaye Doucoure is full of pride over his stunning form this season.
Doucoure has been mentioned as a contender for the France World Cup squad, while he has also been linked with Tottenham and Arsenal.
The former Rennes midfielder told France Football: "World Cup? My performances in a good Championship push me to believe that I have a chance. I know there are very good players. So, there, everything does not depend only on me. I have never been selected, I'm leaving it late.
"But of course I would like to be selected. I know that my matches are starting to be watched. I play in front of big clubs, that makes talk. I hope to have a good surprise. I believe it, sincerely, yes. I will see the list in March. This one will give me a signal. But why not. We must believe in our dreams."
