Watford registered their first win under new manager Marco Silva as they narrowly defeated Czech side Viktoria Plzen in a pre-season friendly in Austria.
Italian striker Stefano Okaka scored the winner from close range for the Hornets with ten minutes left on the clock.
This fixture was the first of two friendlies for Silva's team in Austria this week.
The Hornets will play La Liga side Eibar at Kufstein Arena on 22 July.
