Watford set to add former Brentford manager Andy Scott to their recruitment team, according to reports from the Watford Observer.

Watford have proven that they are a progressive club with the appointment of Marco Silva as manager over the summer and the Hornets are now set to add innovative ex-Brentford boss Scott to their recruitment team.

Scott has been crucial in helping Brentford become a competitive outfit in the Championship despite running on a very low budget due to his unique statistical analysis approach to the transfer window and he now looks set to bring his expertise to Vicarage Road.
