Watford boss Gianfranco Zola is pushing to re-sign Chelsea midfielder Nathaniel Chalobah on-loan.
The youngster impressed last season with the Hornets.
"It is not easy because Nathaniel is not the same player that we had before," Zola was quoted by talkSPORT.
"He is better after the experience he had last year and more teams are looking at him. There are some budget issues which make it more difficult. If it happens then we will be very happy as we rate him very highly over here."
