Watford boss Walter Mazzarri is happy seeing his players argue on the field.
Mazzarri has told "good friends" Jose Holebas and Etienne Capoue to keep on arguing to get the best out of each other after their clash in victory at Middlesbrough.
"Even in training they usually play on the same side, so they are always both talking to each other and trying to improve each other," said Mazzari.
"They are always telling them what position they should be playing, go further forward, go further left, go further back.
"They are always talking to each other, they are very good friends.
"And I am actually very happy about this, because for me the fact that they talk a lot on the pitch and in training shows that they want to improve their football."
