Watford boss Javi Gracia is proud being the Premier League's Manager of the Month for August.

Gracia believes that everyone - from the physiotherapist to the fan in the stands - has contributed to the team's success, though he's not getting carried away just yet.

He said: “We are a good family.

“It's important not to look at the end of the road, but to enjoy the journey as well."

The Head Coach also said he was delighted that the team's hard work through the summer has paid off so early on.

“I am very pleased," said Gracia. “This award is a consequence of results in games we have played and that comes from the work of everyone here.

“When you start something you must think you can do it, but it is always more difficult in reality."
