Watford boss Javi Gracia was delighted with Will Hughes' return for their draw with Bournemouth.
Hughes was eased back following his hamstring with substitute appearances against West Brom, Arsenal and Liverpool before the international break.
After impressing in those cameos, Hughes was rewarded with his first start in four months in last weekend's draw against AFC Bournemouth, where he again stood out.
“He didn't surprise me," said Hornets boss Gracia. “I know he is able to play very well, and now I trust in the future to keep his level and improve the level of the team.
“He can improve, as can all the players, but I'm happy with his level. I think he's a high quality player and he makes the team play as well."
