Watford manager Quique Sanchez Flores believes it will be difficult for the newly-promoted English Premier League club sign Diego Perotti.
Watford are looking to the transfer market as a means to bolster their squad after gaining promotion to the top flight and Genoa winger Perotti is understood to be a primary target.
It is believed Watford's £7.8million bid for the Argentine has been accepted by Genoa, but with Valencia, Napoli and Inter Milan also interested in Perotti, it is likely the Hornets will see their offer surpassed.
"It's not easy," Flores said.
"We try to improve but Perotti has had a good season and his expectations are very high as he can go to Inter.
"But if you say London and Premier League to a player it can help.
"I am sure if players come in for a couple of days, see the club, see the training and the pitch their mentality will change."
