WATCH: Tottenham target Janssen misses two sitters but scores twice for AZ

Vincent Janssen produced one of the biggest misses we have ever seen while playing for AZ Alkmaar in a pre-season friendly.

The 22-year-old, who scored 27 goals in 34 Eredivisie appearances last season, netted a double for AZ in their 9-0 rout of Polderse Selectie on Thursday.

However, the Tottenham target also failed to find the back of the net on two occasions when he really should have made the onion bag ripple.

Early in the match, Janssen was set up by Levi Garcia only to fire his effort straight at the goalkeeper. Thankfully moments later he got a chance to bury a volley from close range.

Then he came up with something for the best blooper reels by failing to get a point blank header on target with the goal at his mercy.

Not sure Spurs fans would like that miss too much, especially considering the North London club are set to pay £17million for his services.

However, the Holland international atoned for that miss by keeping his cool a little later to slot his second of the afternoon.

Former Aston Villa defender Ron Vlaar also chipped in with an early goal!
