Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola was unhappy with Wigan manager Paul Cook at half-time of their 0-0 draw in the FA Cup fifth-round on Monday night.
The incident seemingly arose from Fabian Delph's red-card just before the interval.
Guardiola has continuously pleaded with England referee's to look after players, but he wasn't too concerned with that when Delph was given his marching orders for a tackle on Max Power.
