Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger and his players have rallied around Alexis Sanchez after he was jeered by home fans on Saturday.

As confirmed below, Alexis was given a mixed welcome back by supporters during the victory over Bournemouth. Fans are still angry after the Chilean's demands he be sold to Manchester City last month.

Wenger acknowledged the jeers after the 3-0 win, stating: "We have to accept those responses from people. I don't know why [there were jeers]. The best way to get people on your side is to perform."
